Expectations concerning The NPSAA Endorsement, Database diskettes, Newsletter, Training workshops, Conferences and the like should be noted as being offered to Associate Members, solely as an "as is" Service or Courtesy, to qualified Associate Members, in stride with our normal business routine. These activities and their maintenance are scheduled according to our work-load, in accordance with available financial & personnel resources and are not guaranteed to accommodate the specific needs of any other entity, for their purposes, unless specifically agreed in advance and documented in writing. Additional disclaimer information will be found in the Published Policy Statement regarding the Relationship between NPSAA and Associate Members, stated at the end of this page.

The Status of Associate Member is open to Corporations, Service Professionals and Individuals who, by the nature of their products or professional service, would directly benefit either active Private School facilities, their Students, Parents, Teachers & Staff or other Affiliates of the National Private Schools Association Resource Center.

Associate Member Candidates must first qualify and be willing to share the specific nature of their products/services, methods of contact and interface with their clients. Provide marketing materials, references, be properly licensed and willing to pre-pay an Associate Membership fee, to seek the Endorsement of and Affiliate with NPSAA.

In addition, the Associate Member may be required to pay, additional "usual and customary" fees should the Associate Member request NPSAA to accommodate him by requesting fee-based services associated with utilizing certain items defined and outlined in the NPSAA document, titled : Options, Privileges & Benefits of Associate Membership, which follows.

Associate Members must be willing to enter into a written agreement outlining the nature of their relationship with NPSAA, as well as, describe the specific service they desire to offer and define the specific geographic territory that they desire to serve. Associate Members must agree to engage in arbitration prior to initiating legal activity against NPSAA, its Members and Affiliates, should a dispute arise between the parties. Associate Members must certify by their sealed signature, that they are authorized to contract on behalf and legally bind their Corporate entity, to the agreement.

In exchange for the Endorsement of NPSAA and an opportunity to capitalize on the various Courtesies & Services of NPSAA, the Candidate business entity agrees to prepay the annual Associate Membership Endorsement fee of $500 for each State Endorsed, (minimum 1 State) that it desires to seek the Status of Endorsed Associate Member. The Exclusive Associate Membership Endorsement Status fee is $750 for each State, (minimum 1 State) Exclusive Endorsements protect both product/service and territory. The person who executes the agreement on behalf of their business entity must affirm that they are authorized to contract on behalf of the described entity and must acknowledge that there exists no verbal agreements between NPSAA that would be contrary to the published documents offered by NPSAA in effect, at the time of execution. Endorsements are not transferrable or assignable and are specific to corporate entity, product or service and geographic area.

Listing on Referral "hotline"

You will receive referrals, directly from our Office to your Office by phone, fax or e-mail as the affiliated Private School makes an inquiry of us concerning your product or service, on an ongoing basis. (included in Associate Membership Endorsement fee)

Confirmation to third parties as to Affiliation/Support

Simply, suggest that the Affiliated Private School or your own Client/Prospect contact us expressing their need to confirm your Affiliation and Endorsed Status with NPSAA and we will provide that all important third party "support" to help you. (included in Associate Membership Endorsement fee)

Article in NPSAA Newsletter

We offer to publish an informative article regarding your Service or Product in a future Edition of the NPSAA Newsletter, you can even write it! (included in Associate Membership Endorsement Fee however, we reserve the right to edit the article and your fee-paid Marketing Insertion mailing must accompany the article to support its offering)
Your supplied Marketing piece is inserted at 15 cents each insertion. Minimum (1) State. Your Insertions are usually an 8 1/2 X 11 tri-fold in 30# boxes all the same size. Insertions are oriented all the same direction. Other specifications may apply.

Customized Certificate of Membership

You will receive a framable Certificate of Endorsement which tangibly exhibits your Affiliation with NPSAA. (included in Associate Membership fee) Additional Original copies are $50 each.

Code of Ethics

You will receive a framable Code of Ethics document from NPSAA which demonstrates your sense of business ethics, integrity and fair play. (included in Associate Membership fee) Additional copies are $25 each.

Data Base Of Private Schools Subscription

As an Associate Member you may "rent" a subscription for the detailed data base diskette of Private Schools in your Endorsed area at an annual rate of $300 per State. This includes a annual subscription including quarterly updates at no additional charge. Data base information may not be sold, loaned, copied or otherwise transmitted without the express written consent of NPSAA. Also, refer to Private School Roster information.

OTHERS MAY QUALIFY TO PURCHASE THE NPSAA DATABASE FOR THE TERMS BELOW:
THE NPSAA DATABASE IS 15 CENTS FOR EACH PRIVATE SCHOOL LISTING, THE MINIMUM FEE IS $750, NO EXCEPTIONS. SELECTION IS STATE BY STATE, IN BULK, ONLY. THAT INCLUDES ALL PRIVATE SCHOOLS WITHIN ANY GIVEN STATE. NPSAA SORT IS STATE BY STATE IN BULK, ONLY. THE MINIMUM FEE IS $750 FROM 1 TO 5000 PRIVATE SCHOOLS. OVER 5,000 SCHOOLS, THE FEE IS 15 CENTS FOR EACH ADDITIONAL LISTING UP TO 130,643 TOTAL PRIVATE SCHOOLS IN THE NPSAA DATABASE. TOTAL DATABASE FEE: $19,596

NOTE: (You are not restricted as to your frequency of lookup use) Fee includes Printout or download license for one time use. Annual multiple download license is 2 1/2 times the one time printout or download license fee. Total annual fee for multiple download license is $48,990

Participation in Training Workshops or Conferences

As an Endorsed Associate Member, you will receive credentials to our scheduled training workshops or conferences and may utilize exhibitor space, if available, as these events are offered by NPSAA. (included in Associate Membership Endorsement fee)

Use of Logo/Letterhead/Envelope Artwork

As an Endorsed Associate Member, you may use the NPSAA logo on your advertising piece and copy our very own letterhead & envelope artwork for your contact and follow-up mailings. (included in Associate Membership Endorsement fee, with prior approval)

Private School Roster

As an Endorsed Associate Member, you may request a copy of the NPSAA Roster of Affiliated Private Schools for your Endorsed service area complete with all available known information concerning the Private School, its makeup and profile, up to 1000 Private Schools for each State acquired with a paid Endorsement. (included in Associate Membership Endorsement fee) Additional listings are at 15 cents each, minimum (1) State. Also, refer to data base diskette information.

Letter of Introduction/Endorsement

As an Endorsed Associate Member, NPSAA will provide you with one (reproducible) personalized letter of Introduction/Endorsement. (included in Associate Membership fee) Additional letters may be sent to Private Schools in your Endorsed area directly from our office on your behalf. We require that you prepay 75 cents each letter, minimum (1) State.

Co-operative Advertising

As an Endorsed Associate Member you are eligible to submit a display advertisement for placement in the NPSAA Newsletter, NPSAA Handbook of Private Schools Directory, Web Site, Accreditation or Administrator Study Pack and the like. Speak to a NPSAA representative concerning the rate structure.

Marketing Brochure Distribution

As an Endorsed Associate Member you are eligible to insert your marketing brochure or flier into the NPSAA Newsletter from time to time, at an insertion rate of 15 cents each, minimum (1) State Selected. (your supplied brochure needs to be coordinated according to our size and weight requirements and delivery schedule) Usually an 8 1/2 x 11 tri-fold in 30# boxes uniform in size and inserts all oriented in the same direction. Other specifications may apply.

Mailing Labels

As an Endorsed Associate Member you may procure Private School Mailing Labels at a rate of 25 cents each, minimum (1) State selected. (either fan-fold or sheet format, plus you specify sort criteria)

Card Deck Advertising

As an Endorsed Associate Member you may participate in a "card deck" type mailing from time to time at a co-op rate of 15 cents each card, minimum (1) State. Your supplied card to our size and weight requirements and delivery schedule. (usually a 5 1/4 X 8 1/4 card)

Place Your Corporate Information on our Web Site as a "Resource Category" for Private School Administrators, Teachers & Staff, Parents & Students. Our Web Site is currently Averaging over 2,100 serious "hits" from this group each 24 hours and is listed on over 150 Search Engines. Plus, we actively promote this site through direct mail to over 10,000 Private Schools weekly, on average.

Policy Statement regarding the relationship between NPSAA and Associate Membership Candidates. It is the desire of NPSAA, from time to time, to develop a relationship with one or more properly licensed and duly appointed Service Professional by offering its Endorsement to the Company, Agent or Agency for their product(s) or service(s) and assist that entity through NPSAA’s Services and Courtesies in marketing its products and/or services to the Affiliated Members and Prospective Members of NPSAA through the vehicles of Co-op Mail, Newsletter Editorial, Trade Shows & Conferences, Brochure Insertion, Endorsement and by providing Labels, Data Disks and Referrals as they become known, for a fixed prepaid fee, in most cases. It is the opinion of NPSAA, that one entity or group is not likely to be privileged to all products offered by all companies and that those companies may not operate in all geographic areas, within all of the States that NPSAA operates in. Therefore, NPSAA desires to develop a select number of relationships that would lead to the ultimate goal of offering all desired products, in all States, to all Private Schools that are interested, while seeking to protect the interests of the Associate Member for their specific products or services. NPSAA offers its Endorsement to those entities who have been offered and that have accepted the status of Associate Member for their specific and clearly defined products and services, to be offered in specific and clearly defined geographic area(s). NPSAA has no desire to establish a relationship that would prove to be a duplication of product/service or geographical territory. Therefore, NPSAA requires a simple written agreement with each entity outlining the product, territory, time line for marketing activity, for fulfillment and reasonable proof of same, when requested. Each company or group would be required to be an Associate Member of NPSAA in the State(s) that they chose to seek an Endorsement in. That Associate Membership Endorsement is not transferable between any two parties and is $500 annual, per State selected. The status of Exclusive Endorsement is $750 Annual and provides that both product/service and territory are protected. The Associate Membership is necessary for each entity or group, as that is the Key which opens the door to the full compliment of other services and courtesies offered by NPSAA and ensures a firm commitment as to the companies stated intentions. Each Company or group may at its option, rent the data base information for each State by (subscription) directly from NPSAA for the fee of $300 per State, annual. The data base information may not be offered as a copy of a disk from any source to any third party. Each Company or entity may elect to choose to insert its marketing piece in a future NPSAA Newsletter for an insertion fee of 15 cents each, minimum (1) State that they want the piece mailed. As each agreement is entered into in good faith, and to encourage a predetermined course of marketing activities for specific products into specific market areas, each entity must agree to arbitration prior to initiating legal action against the other if dissatisfied in its understanding of the relationship and the agreement must be under the laws of the State of Florida. NPSAA reserves the right to negotiate its own agreement with the entity that makes the decision to enter into an agreement with NPSAA for the benefit of its Members and Prospective Members. The determining factor of who owns the Associate Membership being who "cuts the check" on behalf of , or he who is a duly authorized agent to bind or contract on behalf of the entity. NPSAA does agree to review and requires its prior approval of any agreement by and between parties other than NPSAA, who seek to utilize the Endorsement, Services and Courtesies of NPSAA concerning any and all communications between the Associate Member and the NPSAA Affiliated Member and prospective Member Private School. NPSAA makes no guarantees, as to the success of any specific marketing program and is not a licensed insurance agency, has no licensed agents in its employ, does not offer insurance advice and does not desire to become involved in the relationship between the Private School and any Insurance entity, or other regulated industry, in any way. NPSAA seeks no compensation as a result of the relationship between any insurance or regulated entity and the Private School and will not accept a finders fee or a portion of the commissions or profits gained from any such relationship. NPSAA believes that the sole compensation to any Insurance entity or other regulated business entity should be the commission, salary, bonus or other compensation as agreed upon by and between the Insurance Company, Agencies, Agents, or Representatives and has nothing what so ever to do with NPSAA. NPSAA’s relationship with any specific Private School is initiated primarily through distribution of NPSAA marketing materials which are sent to all known Private Schools from time to time to the attention of the Decision Maker of that Private School, if known. From these activities, some Private Schools choose to become Accredited through the NPSAA Accreditation Alliance. Others chose to have their Teachers Certified by the NPSAA Private Schools Teacher Certification Program. Many Schools use the NPSAA Resource & Referral Service, attend NPSAA Conferences and Trade Shows, and the like. NPSAA declares that it actively endeavors but does not guarantee to locate, communicate with and attempt to develop a positive relationship with each Private School that is within the States, in which NPSAA operates. NPSAA makes an effort to contact each and every Private School that declares itself to be a Private School and attempts to develop a relationship directly with the decision maker, within that School and offers to provide qualified information regarding NPSAA, its Endorsed Associate Members, their Programs and Services. NPSAA endeavors to obtain information regarding the makeup of that Private School and complies then maintains a database of that information. NPSAA makes no claim that each and every Private School has or desires to have a direct relationship with NPSAA. NPSAA requires that a copy of this policy be provided to any licensed or regulated industry or any other candidate for Associate Membership and acknowledgment thereof be entered into any written agreement, prior to NPSAA approving any agreement that it is a party to.
