The National Private School Teacher Certification Program is designed exclusively for Teachers in the Independent/Private (non-public) School Environment, Teaching Students in grades PK-12

You will be Certified as a Professional Private School Teacher with distinction in one or more career specialty subject areas, guaranteed, if you qualify. To Qualify: Will a colleague sponsor you or will your employer certify that she/he has personally known, supervised and/or employed you for a sufficient period of time to nominate you to be considered for Professional Teacher Certification? The Professional Private School Teacher Certification Program is designed exclusively for individuals who currently (or formerly) teach in an Established Private School. *Will your Sponsoring School consider owning a Membership in the National Private Schools Association? ($100 annual fee is required from the Sponsor School). *Multiple subject endorsements require additional fees. ) *Replacement documents require additional fees.

The Professional Private School Teachers Certification Program is offered by the National Private Schools Accreditation Alliance, an independent Trade Association of Private Non-public Educational Facilities, located All 50 States. We offer support & well-deserved recognition, to individuals and Schools, where it is long overdue. NPSAA Accredits Private Schools, Certifies Private School Teachers, Publishes a Newsletter and Conducts Training Seminars & Conferences. We offer an open-ended, Resource & Referral Service to our affiliates, to assist them with their day-to-day operating concerns. NPSAA recognizes that it is the uniqueness and diversity of the individual School and its Administrator that drives the Private School Industry and is largely responsible for its success. In that tradition, NPSAA has no pre-conceived notions or rigid standards concerning your work experience, formal education, length of time in service, etc., to become affiliated. NPSAA agrees with many Private School Teachers & Administrators who find these and other pre-conceived notions or rigid requirements, time consuming, frustrating and expensive to demonstrate. The National Private School Teacher Certification Program is not affiliated with any State Department of Education and is not intended to meet the requirements of any State teacher certification or beginning teacher program and may not be approved, recognized or otherwise sanctioned by any State Department of Education or other legislative or legally designated entity dealing with public education.
